Read a contract for export clauses

Two kinds of clause arrive inside ordinary purchase orders and get missed. Export flowdowns, which commit you to something you may not be able to do. And boycott requests, which are prohibited to comply with and reportable whether or not you comply, and which arrive worded as routine shipping instructions.

Matching is against a written down library of clauses, not a model's reading. Every match names the clause it matched and the rule it comes from, and anything the library does not recognise is handed back to you in full rather than summarised.
