1. Items: a. Two or more axes;
2. b. Designed or modified to incorporate sliprings or integrated non-contact devices capable of transferring electrical power, signal information, or both; and
3. c. Having any of the following characteristics:
4. c.1. For any single axis having all of the following:
5. c.1.a. Capable of rates of rotation of 400 degrees/s or more, or 30 degrees/s or less, and
6. c.1.b. A rate resolution equal to or less than 6 degrees/s and an accuracy equal to or less than 0.6 degrees/s; or
7. c.2. Having a worst-case rate stability equal to or better (less) than plus or minus 0.05% averaged over 10 degrees or more; or
8. c.3. A positioning “accuracy” equal to or better than 5 arc-second.
